Delivery Charges for UK Orders

Standard Delivery:

  • Orders of £35 and below - £1.95
  • Orders above £35 - FREE

Express Delivery (1 working day service)

  • Orders of £100 and below - £4.50
  • Orders above £100 - FREE please ensure that you select this option at checkout - it's not automatic.

Standard Delivery

Depending on the size of your order, your package will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

On the checkout page, you’ll see that there is box where you can let Royal Mail know where they can leave your order if you’re not in and it’s too large to fit through your letterbox.  We know how difficult it can be to get to the sorting office so we’d really recommend you filling in this box with your ‘safeplace’ (eg shed at side) but please be brief as you only have 30 characters!

Tracked Delivery

Tracked Delivery is not a signed for service and usually takes two days from despatch but in some case can take a little longer.  Once your item has left our office, Royal Mail will send you an email letting you know where your parcel is and its tracking number.

Royal Mail will attempt to delivery your parcel once.  If you’re not in and you haven’t informed us of a designated safeplace where the postman can leave it, they will leave you a card and take the parcel back to the sorting office.   You will then have to call to arrange redelivery or to pick up the parcel yourself. 

We appreciate that things can get overlooked, so if after 7 and 14 days, you haven’t picked up your parcel, we’ll send you a couple of emails to remind you.  Please be aware that if you still haven’t picked up your package after 18 days, Royal Mail will return it to our office.   If your parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the additional postage incurred to have your parcel sent out to you again plus any charges incurred to us as a result of Royal Mail returning the item to us.

Getting your order out to you

Orders received before 11am on a work day will be processed the same day. We do not despatch on Bank Holidays or weekends. Please allow extra time for dispatch during our busiest times – such as the start of the new season, September, Christmas and the New Year.

To check the current status of your order, please use the My Account tab at the top of the screen (this will work only for customers who are registered members of the site).

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from us stating that your order is on its way. If your order is being delivered using our Express Delivery service, you will receive an email directly from the courier company advising you when the order will arrive with you. This email is likely to arrive the day after your parcel has been despatched. Please read this email carefully as it allows you to manage your delivery just as you'd like it.

Overseas Orders

All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Airmail service. This service takes approximately seven to ten working days from dispatch. This is an untraceable/unsigned for service. Please note that it may take longer - it is impossible for us to give a precise figure as services differ all over the world.

If you are outside the European Union, all orders will be sent with five itemised commercial invoices. This includes all relevant details for your own country’s Customs authorities. The customer is responsible for any additional fares or duties levied by Customs officials.

Europe (Airmail)

  • Orders up to £50 - £4.55
  • Orders above £50 - £7.25

Rest of the World (Airmail)

  • Orders up to £50 - £6.99
  • Orders above £50 - £10.00

Please note that we are unable to ship to certain countries at this time. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu during checkout, please email us to discuss your order.

Non Delivery after Dispatch

If your order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked or using our Express Service, we will be able to track your delivery.

If it has been sent via Royal Mail 1st class, five working days must elapse before a replacement can be sent. In the first instance, we will ask you to contact your local postal sorting office to check that the parcel is not being held by them for collection.

If you live overseas and you have not received your order after 28 days from date of dispatch, please contact us and we will resend your order. We ask you to wait 28 days in case the parcel has been held up somewhere. If we were to send another parcel out too early, you may receive the order twice which causes inconvenience in having to post the duplicated parcel back to us.

In any event, if your order does not arrive with you, please notify us within 2 months of the dispatch date of your order. If you provide an email address at the time of placing your order, you will receive an email from us to let you know the date your order is dispatched.
