Early Years Questionnaire & Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, phone number, e-mail address.
- Boxhouse Publishing will not publish or supply 3rd parties with entrants’ email addresses or other contact details.
- One entry will be accepted per household.
- The competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.
- Entrants must be over the age of 16.
- The prize winner will be selected at random and contacted by Boxhouse Publishing. The company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If when using the contact details given by the entrant, Boxhouse Publishing has been unable to make contact with the winner, or the winner has not acknowledged Boxhouse Publishing’s correspondence, within three weeks of the competition closing date, the company reserves the right to draw a new winner.
- There is no cash alternative. Prizes must be taken as offered.
- The winner’s name will be announced on the Organised Mum website.
- Entrants must comply with all competition rules to be eligible and by entering the competition have accepted and agree to be bound by them.
- Boxhouse Publishing reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
- The deadline for entries is 8pm (UK local time) on Sunday 20th November 2011 and the winner will be contacted directly.
